Supersonic prices issue
I have been a happy Supersonic customer for over 6 months subscribed to their 200Mbps download & 100 Mbps upload with OpenServe paying R 1449-00 per month. Considering Openserve free speed upgrades prices have changed, checked prices on their website the same package is listed for R 1195-00 per month. I have phoned the accounts department countless times with no assistance REF:CAS-563361-Q2D9M7
If Supersonic doesn't resolve this matter by the 30th May 2021 I will be cancelling everything.
