Supersonic poor services
Supersonic is not getting back at me regarding my account. I am supposed to be paying R645 for 10mb/2mb but I’ve been charged R690 since last year.
I have sent emails, WhatsApp text and still with no help, but if I don’t pay, they will be calling me.
The network keeps disconnecting and when you inform them they just temporarily fix the issue and then it happens again.
I don’t recommend them at all.
