SUPERSONIC Poor service & cancellation process.

For those reading, DO NOT apply for any service from this provider.

1. Unable to produce any reports of downtime in your area. 2. Unable to notify clients when services are down. 3. Do not follow correct billing and add pro-rata fees (even if you experienced downtime you'll be charged). 4. Unable to escalate to a service delivery manager (doesn't exist at this point). 5. Cancellations charge you a fee to come collect the router - also with this point said, a lot of ex-clients get charged after the cancellation date if you are in possession of the route (keep in mind they charge you to come collect the router.)

To sum it all up, this sounds like a company started to join the struggle for FIBRE without understanding client needs.

I have over 10 years in Telecommunications and these types of companies should be marked down so clients know what to expect once they sign up.

Good Luck!

Update, spoke to a Gentlemen from the online team in response to the facts provided under this post.
Fibre down this morning, will probably continue for the rest of the day or two.

Logged another ticket: #SST263538

No notifications, also waiting on an update on when the ISP will come collect their router, which they tried to charge me for collection of the router.

Everything I wrote in the first post is accurate and true, their customer engagement is poor and *********, come get your router as soon as possible and avoid calling me, texts work just fine.

Fibre Down again.

If I were to count I'd say this is their 6th drop this month.
No communication, no call, nada.

Also please arrange to collect your router which I have not used, as mentioned I have my own personal gaming router. Tx!!!!

Super Tonic was supposed to release my line on the 29th of Feb, they still holdiing on to the line.
Vumatel confirmed this,

Once again, their service is horrible and I would not recommend doing business with them,

I'll sit without Fibre this weekend but I'm happy Vuma is assisting, I'll even go a step forward and dedicate a VLOG specifically to ISP's and what ISP's to choose,

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
