Supersonic - poor service

Supersonic should really improve the service of their call centre. When you phone they take ages to answer the phone and when they say hold on and they contact the department to help they let you hold on for a long long time. Why can they not offer to call you back. Then they come back with any answer just to get rid of you and your problem. They cancelled my service on 1 October, took my payment for October and now after 4 days of phone calls, I am still without internet. I really never dealt with such poor service in my life! I will not recommend them at all.
