Supersonic poor billing
I have been billed my normal bill and an amount of R159 debicheck through my Capitec account ,been to my bank tried to stop it and it keeps coming off tried contacting supersonic no luck I have sent a letter to discontinue my service no response looks like I will have to close my bank account

I have taken a look at your statement and I see that there is one debit for R149.99 and another for R150(for a top up) Kindly advise if you would like me to dispute this payment on your behalf by logging a case for a refund.
