Supersonic - Please respond
This service provider is crippling our company. The Whatsapp line is limited and the call centre does not follow through with their promises and are probably not trained sufficiently for a problem they are directly creating with our Voip service provider. We are desperate to get in touch with an actual person to visit our premises, or take my call and actually understand what I am saying, but it feels like our hands are forced to cancelling a contract. It's disappointing.
