Supersonic please resolve issues, a ticket number is not enough

Supersonic is unbelievable. I have been calling since last week with a WiFi problem and all they do is reset, issue ticket numbers and escalate then tell you to wait for a call within 24-72hrs. I just want my issue solved. I have called 4 times and surely if I call a 2nd time with the same issue you should be able to actually do something different to help the customer. I am considering moving to Openserve because honestly We can't be dealing with one issue since last week
