Supersonic please remove your line from my house

I signed up for fiber with a service provider. The company the do the installation called and they connected the viber and router. When the service provider that I signed up with wanted to connect me they found out that the line was with Supersonic and that I can not be connected. Supersonic say that they can not find me on the system and the service provider I signed up with can't connect me because the line is with Supersonic. Don't know how Supersonic come and connect with out my consent and now I don't hear back from them. This is utterly thrusting trying to sort this out getting nowhere.
