Supersonic: Pathetic Service

This is the third time in the same month I dont have fibre connection.

When you contact the Whatsapp number, all you get is a random message, that Umlazi1 Zone is down, I'm in Westville.

Each time theres no connection, I have to load data on to my phone and hotspot. (who pays for this additional expense, because theres no credit back from Supersonic)

I understand that it may not be a Supersonic issue, but at the very least Supersonic can send out a message informing us as to whats going on. Trying to get hold of anyone at Supersonic in IMPOSSIBLE..

THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL...
