Supersonic pathetic customer service

Worst service we have ever experienced. Absolutely pathetic. After getting no service what so ever we decided to cancel the contract. Now they expect us to courier the rooter to them with a cost of R250 while we live 2 km away from them and we are expected to pay a call back activation fee. None of this works have happened if there was any service in the first place. I will never recommend them to anyone. Rediculious and arrogant with no service or customer service skills.
