Supersonic Pathetic customer service
No service no communication supersonic.absolute poor service.no communication and the o so grate whatapp line is either not working or just being ignored.i was promised to have my fibre router couriered and nothing.phone supersonic and just more promises "they going to phone you in a short while sir" which was bull again is there any person at supersonic that actually provide the client what the promise.supersonic is very quick to inform you your service is active and liable to pay.how can i pay for a service i havent seen or even been able to use.this is totally unacceptable.name should change to super poor customer service.

13 Mar 2019, 15:01I have been calling.i have sent emails and whatsapps .and all im getting the issue has been forwarded.and still im sitting without a router.if this issue is not resolved by friday im going to a different ISP.
