Supersonic pathetic

Pathetic pathetic endless problems with them. Been waiting for my first refund since 4 October now I have been billed wrong once more and still waiting for previous refund now have to get another one 7 to 21 working days have long passed since October I do not understand who runs this company?? Call Centre say they are checking it then let me hold for 2 minutes and then they just drop the line!! Never ever use this company MTN your reputation is in the drain with Supersonic
