Signed up last week as a new customer and paid in full for the package with free router which was delivered yesterday. NO technician and no installation and no feedback at all from them regarding our installation. Have Whatsapp them and phoned and phoned - no one is interested as no one answers your query ........ and I am still holding on line for 32minutes now AVOID THERE PACKAGES AT ALL COST AS YOU WILLL RECEIVE ZERO SERVICE AND NO INSTALLATION EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR IT!!!!
