SUPERSONIC OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD

Good day Can someone explain to me ecxatly what is happening with supersonic, their customer care service is DEFICIENT believe you me. when you need to report a problem to them by means of calling or whatsapp you wont be answered. they keep you waiting for hours I mean hours, I never see such a bad service in my entire life I thought SARS was the worse, and I know MTN is a reseller company to these poeple but I think they need to intervene. this is not normal serious, is this company in South Africa? MTN needs to initiate the corrective measures to this people @MTN please Kindly assist....MTN REPUTATION IS ON THE LINE HERE..
