Supersonic - out to catch innocent clients!! And don't want to talk...

Firstly it is impossible to get thru to speak to somebody. The whatsapp chat is extremely unresponsive and slow when it does. And the call back feature results in no call back. They failed (twice) to load debit orders... had me then pay lumpsums to catch up. Now they've charged me an additional clawback fee of R2200!!
