Supersonic order that will never arrive

After nearly a month of pain I will just give up on the order that I placed and ask for a refund lets see if I actually get my money back within the next month. Currently RAM hand to nowhere couriers is sitting with my parcel and they can't read the address.

Apologizing for bad service won't help me in any way unfortunately. Taking action and resolving the issue however will but unfortunately that seems like an unlikely event.
