Supersonic, nothing super about it!
Since Sunday the optic fiber internet keeps on cutting off. Phones a number of times (hanging on each time for 20 minutes), eventually got hold of someone yesterday evening...and another empty promise of going to call back...did not happen. Today again, 20 minutes holding on, put through to the technical department and the line cut. Nobody did call back. The internet speed directly connected to the route 2.6 Mb download, 2.1 upload, wifi dangles between 386 and 420 Kb/s...yesterday even B/s. So enough is enough, we cancelled today, not that the call center staff gives a damn thing about it, they have no pride in the job, they are just there for a salary. Farewell 'superslow' after being a client for nearly three years. Since MTN took over the business it became chaos!

Thank you for your patience. I have taken a look at your account and I see that you have logged a cancellation request, would you like to go through with the cancellation or you would like me to investigate the issue?
Kind regards, Nonhlanhla

Best regards,
That is not the kind of question I expected. Cancellation is 30 days, thus I pay unfortunately for another month. Since I pay for a service I expect to get what am paying for.
The cancellation in writing and telephonically was not responded upon either!
If not fixed am more than happy to block the monthly debit order! The issue is already on since last Sunday (internet constantly cuts, the speed is a joke, directly connected to the router as well as wifi which runs at Kb/s.
At this very moment download 5.01 Mb/s, upload 1.92, which is far from the 100 Mb/s which I am paying for.
Pretty sure this won't be fixed over the weekend which means the issue remains so far for a week?
