Supersonic not wanting to cancel my contract

I complained about canceling the contract with supersonic,they promised to cancel the contract on the 20th,now they are sending me the invoice for August and i have been following up ever since April with no help,please don’t take any contract with this company and they still deducting the showmax money and I never had any showmax details send from them,still waiting for their call from their billing department as they promised but this time I will go straight to my bank and reverse
