Supersonic not the best in my book

Very poor service. Signed up for package advertised @R699 for 1st two months. Been paying R799 since month 1. I sent numerous emails and received ticket numbers but no resolution or any other feedback. Eventually after many months I send them all the ticket references and threatening them to cancel my subscription and seek another service provider. Weeks later I receive a credit note for R100 which is for 1 months overcharge instead of 2 months. Their service is absolutely poor. No prompt responses to queries and when they eventually respond then it's with insufficient resolutions.
