SuperSonic not so Super at all

I tried ordering the 300GB Fixed LTE package from Supersonic and even after providing my reference number, I have not been assisted by any Superstar as yet. All I would like is to receive the email to pay upfront and have the router and SIM delivered as their website says. It's supposed to be so simple. This is my second attempt at the order from Supersonic. I hope I can get some joy from them very soon.

I will keep everyone posted wrt the processing of my application and hopefully the follow through with delivery and activation of the router and sim card once I receive the initial payment email from a Superstar. Hoping it will all work out well...
