Supersonic not resolving issues

So after posting a review of the poor service I received from Supersonic, they were quick to reply but I heard nothing from them after that 1 reply and 1 phone call later. I was promised (again) that my issue will be escalated but it seems that only means: nothing will be done to assist you any more. Also, be very careful when signing a contract with them. They claim the account is month to month but if you cancel the contract within 24 months, they hit you with a claw back invoice. This will not be explained to you and it shows that they are not transparent and does shady business.
