Supersonic not liable to refund outage of service
That is part of a message that I sent to Supersonic: Last week, I have no internet during the days of 3 to 5 February; this week I am without internet since the 10th February.
That means 6 days without internet due to a fiber disruption. I have logged tickets with Vumatel, but it takes too long to solve or I do not receive a proper technical support.
For that reason I am asking for a pro rata payment for the days with no service provided, which is fair. It is not right to charge the full amount for a service that I was suppressed to use due to a third party mistake.
On the Whatsapp suport service I was informed that Supersonic is not liable of any outages from the vendor side (Vumatel). However, I do pay the renting of the Vumatel line through Supersonic account. How can they not be held liable on outage of Vumatel, if my money goes to their bank account?
Vumatel refered to the internet provider to solve this case. How companies can operate like ******?
I really wish we could assist but if we did this it wouldnt be much a business that we are running, if we passed a credit for every client that was offline for a really short period. In extreme cases I can understand.
Please if you log any faults with vumatel, kindly provide us with the fault reference. Also so that we can have reference to the amount of times you have been offline and can then take this up with the vendor.
