Supersonic not getting my line up and running! Poor Service!

I had an existing fibre line with another ISP, which I scheduled to cancel at the end of September 2020. Prior to them releasing the line, I called Supersonic to make sure that this transition would be seamless, as I am currently working from home, and cannot afford any downtime.

I called in to Supersonic a week prior to my line being release by said previous ISP, to once again ensure that this process would be seamless. Which I was guaranteed it would be.

So the 30th September 2020 arrived, and my line was released. The 1st October 2020, it was then supposed to be picked up by Supersonic. I called first thing in the morning to ensure it is done, and I can start working.

What then unfolded, was me having to call in countless times, having to repeat myself over and over, It appears my line was not picked up on the 1st October 2020. With me spending most of my day on the phone calling in to the call centre.

The 2nd October 2020, was spent doing exactly the same thing. I called in, having to explain the situation again and again. And each time, I was told, oh, this needs to be escalated to my account manager, Crystal, who I am still awaiting a call. I do not know how many times my query had been escalated, but to this day, not response from Crystal.

I was then informed that my line was "activated", whether this is true or not remains to be seen, as no one can confirm that my line is activated. I then spent the whole of Friday (2/10/2020) on the phone, fault finding in order to get my line up and running, but come 21:30, I got nowhere.

I then called in on Saturday (3/10/2020), and yet the same response, my query will be escalated to Crystal, as no one can see if this is activated or not. So Saturday, still nothing.

I called in again on Monday (5/10/2020), and once again no one could get my line up and running. Crystal was off sick, and the matter was escalated to her manager, who ALSO did not call me back.

Monday (5/10/2020) came and went, and still I was not activated/connected. Tuesday (6/10/2020) I called in again, and still no luck.

Needless to say, it has now been almost a week, that my line has been down. I have now sent through a "cancellation", yes this is in quotes, as I have never been activated in the first place.

I would like my line released TODAY (7/10/2020), as there was NO service provided to me. I will take this further to the ISPA and other forums if this is not done, as you have failed to provide me a service.

Secondly, I have incurred costs, as I have had to resort to buying data in order to do what initially my fibre line was supposed to provide me. I have lost days on productivity.

In a situation where "I do not pay my account", my line would be disconnected immediately due to non-payment... why is this such a pain to stop our services for NON-DELIVERY???

Once again, in conclusion, I want my line released today! (7/10/2020)
