Supersonic, no support !

Well, 22:15 and my internet just went down. Router and fibre box all showing perfect, but all devices and pc's displaying No Internet. And to top it off, no customer support after 20:00.

In a previous issue with Supersonic, I stated that I was going to look for another service provider. This time, I think I seriously will ! Pathetic ! Stay away !
