Supersonic. No service. Pathetic.
If there was an option of ZERO STARS I would choose that. Absolutely PATHETIC SERVICE. We have a full uncapped fiber account and every single day, intermittent WiFi. No one can assist. No one can answer the phone. No one can return an email. Been on the phone for a total of 2.5 hours to supersonic today. STILL NO ANSWER.
