Supersonic No service delivery for paying customers

The worst customer experience I've Ever had. Their promises are simply empty and they advertise false service delivery. I have been logging issues with my Air Fibre every month on their website and telephonically, they just close logs without actually attending to them and assisting their clients to ensure proper solutions are put in place to effectively deliver service. They don't even engage with the client to keep them updated. This is horrible service. I would not recommend them to any paying customer. You can use them if you want to pay alot of money for NO service delivery! Let's not forget they don't even attend to customer complaints it's just left to rot on their website.
