Supersonic no service

Good day I have requested a cancelation from Suoersonic for my vibre since 01 September 2025, they asked me pictures of my wifi box which I the. Sent. To date its the 18th Sept 2025 I have not had any reply from them and I have informed them that I am not paying for a month om not using tge wifi s I have moved out of the premises on. 31 August 2025.

Please can I get some help on this matter.
