Supersonic No Response to email query

I have sent numerous emails to this Company regarding my account. To date I have not had any response to my queries. They are fast to sign you up but zero response when you have a query. Takes time and money to reach them telephonically. Imagine holding on when you are caller number 46 and you are on a pre-paid package. Had to spend money to get email addresses to send my query to.
