Supersonic = No Go

Its almost impossible to get support from this ISP, call center agents have no interest is assisting, I logged a ticket on the portal a day ago and havent received feedback, the whatsapp barely works and you wait forever for someone to answer the phone. The Workday website and app is blocked and they take weeks to call back.
