Supersonic never pays refunds

Supersonic owes me a refund and promised several times that it will be paid within a few days but the refund was never made. I contacted customer services but never received a proper response. I contacted chief operations officer, Shireen, but she also made empty promises until she never responded to follow-up messages. I also messaged the CFO, Kabi Kolobe, about my challenge but he also never responded. The failure of the top management to not respond to customer complaints is a reflection that the entire company are not serious about customer services.
