Supersonic Network issue

Seems Supersonic is out of action.

I tried to contact them for the past 2 days.

Phone always says number is congested. Whatever that means.

After a few redials you'll get to the option menu.

When selecting any of the option all you get is the Supersonic tune playing over and over with no answer at all.

Im trying to tell them that there is clearly some issue on there network.

A traceroute clearly show the issue.

Trace complete. On the 4th hop the the replies form the mtn server is clearly very high.
