Supersonic: network down over 4 days!!
Network done since 7th, support staff clueless. Non responsive, do not communicate. Should we just wait forever ? Ref logged: CAS-220393-D7D7Z3. Supersonic when will you fix the problem? This is an outage yet seems to be receiving zero attention!!!!
