Supersonic, nah, Super****py.

I cancelled my service with Supersonic 2 years ago. never received any bills or statements from them since then and suddenly got notifications of missed monthly payments from their debt collection. For a month I have been trying to get a statement from them detailing what is owed and nothing. You cannot reach them on Whatsapp, Email or telephone to get an answer and if someone does appear to assist you it is an empty promise. they deliver nothing but frustration. If you're looking for an ISP look somewhere else unless you are willing to spend days trying to get some kind of response from these people.. they just don't give a damn or have ***********s working in every department.
