SUPERSONIC MUST CLOSE DOWN

Most horrible service provider. Clearly this company does not know what service is. I have called them regarding my fibre installation and they had advised that upon my current service provider contract ending they will be able to connect me. Which I waited for and a month later called back did all the formalities as my current service was coming to an end. Now that everything is done and my current service has been terminated . I have been calling and using there whatsapp chat for 5 days now and cannot get ahold of anyone. The what'sapp chat is useless they say that they they transferring you to the relevant department and there is no one that responds and eventually when someone does they can't help or the page automatically closes when u call it just rings and has you on hold . I tried calling this morning at 8:05 and it says our training time is from 8 -5 we currently closed how does that even make sense. I even commented on their insta page to try to get some assistance the response is to contact the whatsapp number I have been contacting . DONT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER EVER
