Supersonic MTN - ZERO customer service, Unbelievable

Have emailed, sent Whatsapp, tried calling multiple times, listening to the lovely elavator music for 20 - 30min without a response.

Would like to report a fault, sitting without fibre and my service provider is absolutely shocking. Really unbelievable lack of service, if you are considering using Supersonic fibre then I suggest using a dial up, probably get better service from them.
