SUPERSONIC / MTN Snot honouring cancellation, on a month to month account!!!!

Supersonic does not honour cancellation, on a month to month account!!!! I was with Supersonic for a few monmths and then their service started to lack. I cancelled their offering in Feb 2022 via email to their emails and they ignored me.

I sent another email 3 months later and they still didnt cancel but sent me a email stating they would look into it.

I then sent another eemial and they snt me teh same email. but I see the account is still running.
