Supersonic (MTN) is the super worst of the worst ISP out there!!
I cannot rate them a zero, so that’s why it is a 1. Impossible to get any service, feedback or results from any of the “superstars” I have spoken to since March 2020. For the past 5 months’ calls get escalated and again, escalated to nowhere. I now wonder if it gets escalated to the man on the moon who is perhaps also in lockdown. I wanted to upgrade and actually pay them more money…. It seems that they don’t want it and hence I am now trying to cancel. I will happily pay them upfront to cancel my account and release the line so that we can go anywhere but Super Useless Supersonic!
Does anybody have any advice here on how to proceed? My only option seems to go legal?
