Supersonic MTN is DISGUSTING...

FULLY PAID FOR AN ORDER AND HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH FOR IT They have been closing my query tickets since last year without the matter being solved. I app**** for a router installation in December 2022 which was part of the Black Friday deals with Supersonic under MTN and to date they have yet to deliver my order. The order was fully paid for on the 12th December with the understanding that they'll do installation a few days before Christmas day. My order wasn't delivered and to date they keep sending me from pillar to post. I've queried with most of their agents eventually they referred me to their supervisor LESIBA SEMA. At first he seemed genuine and adamant that he will see to it that my matter is resolved within a week of taking over rhe case. To date I still await any correspondence from him or mtn or supersonic or even Vumatel coz I was told that my order was to be installed by Vuma tel. They're not willing to come to an agreement with me or even suggest reimbur*****t since they're failing to deliver. I thought by now I'd be done with buying data every now and then because I trusted that me and my family would be connected to the internet thanks to supersonic but it isn't so. I need to know they're intentions with my query and whether or not they're going to offer an excellent service delivery to me or they're just going to fall in the category list of ******** in South Africa.
