Supersonic MTN fibre

I installed a supersonic fibre to the home setup more than two years ago. I have logged tickets about the same issue repeatedly. For some reason, supersonic is the only affordable fibre provider to my home. I have twenty four closed tickets. I have five open tickets. The service is non-existent. The feedback is useless. I give up with MTN Supersonic.
