SuperSonic MTN Fibre

I signed up with you guys in the middle of March they sent the router, but vumatel didn't install it yet. So for March 10 days and April, you'll did a debit order from my account without wifi being active. I'm waiting from 3rd April for my refund. Since my refund is not credited, you'll suspended my account. So vumatel came in May to install, but since then, I have no wifi, as I have not received my refund. My account will not be activated until I receive my refund but you guys don't want to credit me. It's way too long now.
