Supersonic MTN Fibre

Worse experience ever. I have been waiting since 10am this morning for one of their technicians to come back to me to resolve the fact that my internet went off at 10am this morning and no one is eager to help me. I have phoned over 7 times today telling them i work from home i need my internet service up and running and this is what i get. No one has come back to help me or even remotely contact me to help me or find out how to help me and the working day is almost complete.
