Supersonic / MTN Fiber

The worst service I have ever experience in the 30 years with MTN. The people just do not care about providing a service. I have been struggling since 1 September 2025 to activate my internet with Supersonic. First they blamed Vumatel for not releasing the line. After I got confirmation that the line was released, they still can not activate the line. The agent asigned, a woman called Bianca, just do not return calls. I left 3 request for her today 10 September to urgently call me, but I have not been contacted. Bad service. I would not recoment Supersonic as a ISP.
