Supersonic / MTN AirFibre down for a week – ticket closed without resolution

My Supersonic / MTN AirFibre service has been down for a week with no resolution. The PoE injector has power, but the outdoor Tarana unit has no lights at all after heavy rain. I logged a fault, received a call confirming a technician visit, but no one arrived. The ticket has now been CLOSED without the issue being fixed. I work from home and have been forced to use my own mobile data while still paying for a service that is not working. This is unacceptable. I need this issue escalated urgently, a technician sent out, and my service restored immediately.
