Supersonic more like Worsesonic

Tried connecting to their WhatsApp line after 5 hours—still no reply. Router was reset on Saturday, and by Tuesday evening, the same problem occurred. Tried calling but either couldn’t get through or waited 30 minutes only for the call to end with a survey about their bad service. I’m never using this ISP again.
