Supersonic? More like walking speed

Absolutely pathetic!!! App**** back at the beginning of January. Within 5 days Metro Fibre came an installed,. Told us that within 48 hours the line would be live. We got the signal on the box that the line is live. Supersonic sent out one of their “technicians” to set us up. But he said there was a problem. Since then f*** all. Supersonic blames metro fibre, metro fibre blames supersonic. Anyway 1 April and we still have absolutely nothing!!! Spent probably 18 hours on the phone over the last 3 months and still nothing. absolutely pathetic! Waste of space. Not supersonic more like subsonic. Useless. Don’t waste your money. My other house,, we have frogfoot as the fibre cable suppliers and Afrihost as the ISP. Last year they came installed and made sure all was working within 30 minutes. Supersonic have grown too big too fast, they can’t do anything cause they don’t have enough technical staff. Anyway gonna spend another 6 hours on the phone with them tomorrow!!!!???
