Supersonic? More like Super useless.
Positively the most unorganized ISP in the entire country.
Told us we had fibre at our new pemisis, they did not. We organized link Africa ourself to complete the build which has since been completed just to have super sonic call and tell me they will discontinue the intern LTE service TODAY because we haven't let link Africa complete the build??? ***!!! The ONT is live and I signed off the build for the entire complex not just my house. No problem though cancel our LTE and loose one of your 1st customers.
I would actually love each and every recorded call between myself and Supersonic from October 2020 to be shared with the public so they can see just how clueless they are as an organization.

29 Sept 2021, 13:35Perhaps while you are at it, you can inform your staff that the circuit in question has I fact been bought over by MFN and if they do their reaserch they will see I signed the Link Africa Job card which is still Cali until COB tomorrow( month end incase you need help with that as well)
