Supersonic? More Like Super-Slow and Super-Frustrating

If I could give Supersonic zero stars, I would. Their internet speeds are laughably bad, nowhere near what they promise. You pay for a "high-speed" connection and end up with something slower than a dial-up modem from the '90s.

And good luck getting any help. Their customer service is a complete disaster. They ignore complaints, fail to resolve issues, and make empty promises that never materialize. It's like they genuinely don't care about their customers.

Need a refund for services that don't work? Forget it. Need technical support? They'll string you along with generic responses while doing absolutely nothing.

Supersonic is a masterclass in how not to run an ISP. If you value your sanity (and your money), stay far away.
