Supersonic more like Super-Sh*t. Supersonic sucks

Please for the love of god don't choose supersonic as they suck!!!I have numerous issues with this terrible isp ever since signing up, it seems as if they don't care about customer service or their customers at all for that matter. More often than not the internet is not working (twice in 2 months) and issues take atleast a week to resolve as their "super-useless" technicians can't do anything. Often you are promised to be called within 24 hours but they never do and you end up waiting for a week just for connection to be restored. You aren't even given a credit by the billing department for days without connection, when querying this again you told to be called back but NOTHING EVER ****** HAPPENS!!!! And they are very quick to message and say if you don't pay you will be cut off, I mean what the f*ck!!! Furthermore I spoke to an employee Sakhile Khumalo on the 29th of April who very rudely dismissed my queries and said I will be called back to this day I am STILL WAITING!!!! I really am "super"-****ed off with these people and just hope that no one signs up with these clowns.
