Supersonic - more like mediocre pedestrian
Don't try the call center... 1hr 15 mins and still no clue at all. And will only send a techie out in their words... hopefully next week. Can't say how disappointing the customer service is.

07 Oct 2021, 09:46Well a week later and no surprise their superstars haven't even booked a techie yet. At least they answered the phone today after a few minutes but have been on hold now for 20 minutes.
I would not recommend Supersonic to anyone. Their customer care department should be renamed to no clue and don't care department. So so frustrating that a supposed professional company can deliver this type of service. At this stage on hold for 28 minutes.
