Supersonic LTE Mtn. Fix my problem

I took our supersonics mtn fixed lte 120 gig month to month deal a few days ago.

Firstly I couldn't sign up via the website, it would keep giving me the incorrect address and info and refused to allow for me to edit.

Eventually I got them to call me and I got signed up via phone call. The guy who signed me up asked me what router I have, I said the huawei B315 and he rep**** the router is compatible and we should proceed with the order. My sim for delivered fast. The email told me to have a certified ID on hand for Rica. Guess what? the sim already had a number attached to it and they didn't ask me to rica.

I pop the sim into my router. Lo and behold it picks up network but refuses to connect. I check the website and the huawei B315 is NOT among the supported routers.

I pop the sim into my HUAWEI P10 LITE. I enter the apn etc and lo and behold. I'm getting a whopping 42mbps download and 25mbps upload.

I figured I need this to work in my router tho and not my phone.

I contacted them via Whatsapp. We go through all the procedures and nothing works.

Today I pop the sim into my phone. After using about two gigs, the sim switched to 3g and refuses to go back to 4g . Only picks up signal on 3g and can't use the internet cos it's a lte locked sim.

Now I am stuck. these guys said my router is compatible. I purchased the service and it failed. Now it failed again cos the sim is stuck on 3g and not internet. Smh!
